Sales Policy

Please be respectful and ASK before copying from our site!

Please forgive the strict nature of our sales policy, but due to poor dealings with people in the past it has become necessary.

This policy is subject to change at any time without notice

All sales are final.  No refunds, exchanges, or returns.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold rabbits for ANY length of time.
Deposits MUST be received within 3 days of time agreement is made to hold the rabbit, or it will immediately be available to the next interested party, NO exceptions.  Deposit will be applied to the total purchase price.  Rabbits not being held by a deposit will be sold on a first come, first served basis.  In the event that something happens to the deposit rabbit we will replace it with a comparable rabbit or work something out, at our sole discretion.

We will NOT hold rabbits unless prearranged and accompanied by the deposit.  Cost of holding rabbits is $15 per month per rabbit paid in FULL up front with the deposit.  Board is non refundable.  If rabbits remain at our barn beyond the stated date which we need them out by, full board will be required back to when we began holding the rabbit.  We are working with a limited amount of space, and may not always have space available.

No rabbits will be shipped without payment in full.

Be happy with your decisions:

We want to make sure that you get what you are looking for in a rabbit, so please, ASK QUESTIONS and tell us what you are looking for.  When inquiring about rabbits it is always best to let us know if you are looking for particular varieties, ages, sex, or strengths.  We have no way of knowing what you are looking for if you do not tell us!  Please feel free to browse around the site and learn more about the background of the rabbits listed, if you have any questions, please let us know.  We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

Our prices vary depending on the rabbit.  Pets range from $15-35.  Show quality and breeding stock from $30-$300.  The prices of rabbits are based on numerous factors, such as age, sex, quality, bloodlines, and/or show history.  Prices are subject to change according to the rabbit's development.

Waiting list:
If we have a waiting list, as rabbits come available, we will email each person on the list.  If anyone passes on a rabbit, it will be offered to the next person on the list.  We will only wait a day, maybe two for a response before moving on.  Please email us with what you are most interested in if you would like to be put on our waiting list.  These rabbits will be posted on the sale page to help avoid having to send out several emails with picture attachments.

Payment methods:
We accept cash in person, cashiers checks, money orders, Western Union , or personal checks (at our discretion).

We will also accept PayPal at a cost of 4% entire amount to be PayPal'ed additional to cover the fee charged to us to use PayPal.

Check policy: All pedigrees will be held until checks clear the bank.  Checks returned Non-sufficient funds (NSF) will be charged $10 if all funds and fee are paid (arrive) within 1 week of discovery or brought to our attention by buyer before inconveniences on our part are incurred.  Funds and fee must be sent in the form of a money order, Western Union, PayPay (plus fees), or cash in person.  NSF fee is $20 after 1 week of notification and $5/each week longer it takes to pay off fees and value of check.  NSF check givers will be posted on our website, advertising places we use, and rabbit clubs to warn fellow breeders of doing business with those people.  Information and documentation will also be given to Police and/or small claims court and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Via Airlines:
Buyer is responsible for all costs related to shipping rabbits.  The sale prices of the rabbits do NOT include any shipping related costs.  Common costs associated with shipping via airline include, but are not limited to (per shipment, not per rabbit):  Health certificates, the flight, shipping us a carrier (with water bottles & dishes), our handling fee (gas money), and board (if applicable).  This method of shipping is usually more cost effective if at least 3 rabbits are being shipped.

Shipping to ANDRC Nationals or ARBA Convention:
Buyer is responsible for the cost of the animal, shipping, and board for each rabbit.  Payment must be made in full prior to being shipped to the convention or all monies and rabbit will be forfeited.  If the rabbit needs to be entered in the show for pick up reasons, or just to have it shown, the buyer must enter it.  Failure to pick up a rabbit by the specified time will result in all monies and rabbit being forfeited, rabbit will be auctioned off or re-sold.  Not all rabbits are available to be shipped to Nationals or Convention (depends on our space available).

We certify that to the best of our knowledge and belief any rabbit we sell is healthy, free of disease, and free of disqualifications*.  All rabbits are sold with up to date pedigrees*.  We make no guarantees of any kind, including, but not limited to, how juniors will develop or how any rabbit will place at a show.  We accept no liability for the health of the animal once the rabbit has left our care.  It is the buyers responsibility to check every animal carefully before purchase (or ask any and all questions if shipping).

*Unless otherwise noted at time of sale or sold as a pet.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason.

Purchase of any animal or sending of any money is acceptance of our sales policy.
