Netherland Dwarf is a small breed of rabbit.
The dwarf is considered a senior at 6 months old and will have reached most of its adult size.  Juniors can be shown if under 2 pounds until 6 months old.
Show rabbits should not weigh more than 2.5 pounds.
There are 25 accepted varieties (colors) of Netherland Dwarf (see Showing page), 3 currently being worked on for acceptance (blue tort, red, and champagne), and several others that are not recognized.
